He has performed cost reduction, productivity improvement, and quality enhancement activities at more than 40 small but strong sites worldwide, which had many constraints of limited personnel and insufficient resources. He is the profitability improvement specialist for small but strong SMEs, as proven by Quantum Perspective's successful COE programs in many business sites such as IS Dongseo and Donghae Machinery & Aviation.

He performed the SCM, purchase management, and planning at a global electronics manufacturer and carried out operational excellence activities at a specializing consulting firm. He led the cost reduction and profitability improvement project throughout the operation of purchasing, production, quality, and logistics with various companies and industries such as large companies like LG, SK, Doosan, and Hanwha and many small but strong companies in Korea and other countries.

He is particularly a purchasing improvement expert with CPSM qualification and experience in successful purchasing innovation projects such as supply chain optimization, purchasing efficiency improvement, and purchasing unit price improvement.

She was in charge of quality integration at the mobile R&D center of a global electronics manufacturer and performed operational excellence activities at a specializing consulting firm for more than 10 years. She led the cost reduction and profitability improvement project throughout the design, purchasing, production, quality, and sales with various companies and industries such as large companies like LG, CJ, SK Hanwha, Doosan, and Ottugi and many small but strong companies in Korea.

Moreover, she is an operational strategy specialist with the project execution experience of pursuing a short-term growth momentum aligned with strategic direction in sales and mid- to long-term strategies for companies like SKC, SK Telesys, Maeil Dairy, Huvis, and Korea Ginseng Corporation.

He was in charge of production and operational excellence activities at a leading chemical company in Korea, managed a manufacturing business in China, and led profitability improvement activities at a consulting firm specialized in operational excellence for more than 10 years. He has led the operational excellence projects at various manufacturing and service companies such as LG, SK, Hanwha, Hyundai, Doosan, Lotte, and ISU Group and have experience in cost reduction and profitability improvement projects throughout the design, purchase, production, quality, and sales.

As an overseas project expert, he has led profitability improvement activities considering overseas units' specificity and constraints. He successfully carried out operational excellence activities at more than ten Chinese, Vietnamese, and Thai local units of Hyundai Elevator, Huvis, Hanwha Chemical, and Lock & Lock.

She is a specialist in brain training and workforce development, combined with knowledge for theory and hands-on experience of brain training. She acquired Ph.D. in brain education and national certificate of brain trainer and conducted educational policy and programs development, and coaching as an adjunct professor in graduate school and public educational officer. She conducted several educational forums and lectures on social network marketer, Enneagram psychotherapist, M.I. counselor, DISC psychological counselor, and etc. to develop human resources and maximize their expertisement.

As the head of the brain center of QPS, She is in charge of HRD such as building an educational platform and curriculum, supporting internal and external education, developing contents such as books and online lectures for nurturing human resources. Through neuroscience, positive psychology, and quantum mechanics-based conscious Innovation mentoring, QPS coaches are supported to develop their potential.

He was in charge of value creation and PMI for companies acquired by global PE, and of strategic planning for global electronics and plant manufacturers. He successfully carried out operational excellence activities and improvement programs for diverse industries’ strategic planning and management systems at companies like LG, Hanwha, IS Dongseo, Huvis, but also for ‘Small Giants’ for the past decades.

He is a PMI and Process Innovation specialist for corporate value enhancement not only through operational excellence activities, but also by advancement in the management system, asset management strategy designing, operational and SCM optimization, new business development, and turnaround.

He then founded QPS (Quantum Perspective) and developed the COE program to help improve corporate profitability and train human resources through OE coaching.
