As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), working at Samil PwC, Kim & Jang Law Firm, and BDA Partners, he has extensive experience providing advisory services to domestic and international companies across a wide range of industries, including M&A advisory, due diligence, and valuation in a diverse range of industries, including semiconductors, secondary batteries, chemicals, healthcare, consumer goods, games/entertainment, energy/resources, and construction. He has provided advisory services to a variety of clients, including domestic conglomerates, SMEs, global companies, domestic institutions, banks/securities firms, and private equity funds.
In particular, he has spearheaded financial advisory, due diligence, valuation, and feasibility assessment engagements for overseas acquisitions and investments by domestic conglomerates and institutions such as LG, LS, Hyundai Motor, Daewoo, National Pension Service, and KOICA. As an M&A expert with a proven track record of success in sell-side M&A, he has advised on numerous company divestitures and pre-IPO fundraising for both corporations and private equity funds.
